Avalanche Cheese Company  was founded in 2008, to craft artisan goat cheeses to supply to the Roaring Fork Valley. In the Fall of 2014, Avalanche Cheese Company expanded its scope to include retail and a restaurant in Aspen, CO.

Located on “Restaurant Row” in Aspen, the Restaurant and Farm Shop offers artisan cheeses, cured meats, a full-service butcher, seafood, local produce in season, fresh baked bread, curated dry goods and an assortment of hand selected vintage and new housewares. The restaurant features World Farmhouse cuisine paired with an eclectic yet affordable wine list, craft beers, spirits and cocktails, locally roasted Rock Canyon coffee and fresh juices.
