Pathfinders is a Colorado non-profit, psychosocial support program for cancer and chronically ill patients, caregivers, family members and the community. By focusing on the social, emotional and spiritual issues that accompany a diagnosis, this program fosters healing and personal growth at all stages of treatment — from diagnosis into survivorship, end-of-life, and grief and loss.
