Nov. 2- Voter Service and Polling Centers open 9 am. to 1 p.m. Saturday at all three Clerk & Recorder office locations as well as the Grand View site in Vail (atop the Lionshead parking structure) The Grand View Voter Service and Polling Center in Vail will also be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, Friday, Now. 1 and 8 am. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4, Nov. 5-Election Day. Voter Service and Poling Centers wil be open 7 am to 7 p.m. at all locations. Ballots must be received by the Clerk & Recorder by 7 p.m. Postmarks do not count. For more information, call 970-328-8715 or email elections@eaglecounty.us Protect yourself from the flu Everyone aged six months and older is encouraged to get the flu vaccine to protect themselves and the community from the flu Eagle County Public Health & Environment is currently offering the fu vaccine Walk-in flu clinics will be held on Tuesdays Oct. 22 and 29, Nov.5 and 12 from 9-11:30 am. and 1-4 p.m. at the following locations Eagle, 551 Broadway, 970-328-8840 Avon, 100 W. Beaver Creek Blvd. Suite 107,970-328-9813 The price of the vaccine at a walk-in dinic is $25 for adults; the cost for chldren will vary based on eligibility, No child will be denied the flu vaccine due to the inability to pay.
